CULVER CITY, Calif. & LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
NantHealth,
Inc. (NASDAQ: NH), a next-generation, evidence-based, personalized
healthcare company, will present on Connected Care VitalsConX
technology at the American
Nursing Informatics Association (ANIA) Annual Conference taking
place April 12-13, 2019 at the Rio All Suite Hotel & Casino in Las
Vegas, NV in booth #213.
NantHealth will demonstrate how their technology, specifically VitalsConX,
can ease the burden placed on nurses and other providers to collect,
input and integrate patient data into electronic health records (EHRs)
quickly and efficiently, by automating the process. Tools like
VitalsConX enable clinicians to spend less time entering data and spend
more time treating patients. The technology may have the potential to
improve patient outcomes and care by reducing the “human error” of
manually transcribing and inputting large amounts of data.
“As the role of informatics continues to grow in healthcare, medical
device integration (MDI) solutions like VitalsConX will bridge the gap
between quality and cost-effective EHRs, streamlining the need for
strenuous manual medical device data input,” said Wesley Madden, BSN,
RN, Vice President of Connected Care, NantHealth. “We are committed to
developing innovative technologies that enable interoperability,
benefiting both patients and their care teams.”
VitalsConX accelerates rounding assessment workflows by streamlining
data validation and providing a touch-based interface to collect custom
parameters at the point of care. This tool accelerates patient intake
vitals workflows and low acuity vital sign collection and transmission.
VitalsConX is currently being used extensively within Singapore and is
in beta at select U.S. hospitals.
Additionally, NantHealth’s Connected Care tools include DeviceConX™,
a software-based offering that facilitates the capture of patient data
from nearly any medical device and the delivery of that data to an EMR
or any other data repository, and HBox®,
a hospital-grade PC appliance that acts as a hub to capture and relay
medical device data from hospital, ambulatory or home settings.
